Privacy policy

Your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address, order history and — if you use our made-to-measure service — the body measurements you provide. Payment details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

To fulfil and deliver your order, generate a GST invoice as required by law, send order updates on WhatsApp/SMS/email, respond to your queries and prevent fraud. We send marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time.

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our payment gateway (Razorpay), shipping partner (Shiprocket and its couriers), messaging providers (Meta WhatsApp Business, email/SMS providers) and hosting/error-monitoring services. They receive only what is necessary for their function. We do not sell personal data.

Order and invoice records are retained for 8 years as required under GST law. You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion of your account from the account page or by contacting us; we honour deletion requests except where the law requires us to keep invoice records.

We use strictly necessary cookies for your shopping bag and login session, and privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics. No advertising trackers.
